This is a coastal site managed by "The Munster Kestrels". You must contact them through the Irish Hang Gliding and Paragliding Association(IHPA - http://www.ihpa.ie/) to fly here. Like many sites in Europe it is frequented mostly by paragliders, but hang glider pilots are welcome.
