It looks like the stuff in the San Bernardino section is mostly common to all areas. In fact, it looks like that's just taken from the H3/H4 requirements (again, I haven't checked it carefully).
So would it make sense to move that stuff to a "USHPA Requirements" section and then have specialized information for each site?
By the way, I think this is a great service to new pilots because it gives them a game plan to get from solo signoff to H3/H4.
