Preface: This page is about Joe Faust, mostly autobiographical
Hang Gliding themed Dial Soap Commercial http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aD4sB4VIsXs&feature=player_embedded
Preamble for this page: I hope to model a page about oneself where one may have sections that track things important to one's hang gliding. A section on self-awarenss and self-rating. A section for other pilots and observers to rate a pilot. This page may be edited by anyone; if you have observed something of my flying and operating that needs attention, then please post such. Thanks. Each member of HGAA could consider having such page on themselves.
Two distinct lists:
- Founding members are those announcing themselves as interested; after bylaws are announced, they may withdraw their founder's position, if they wish, as we really do not have enough clarity for full confirmation of "joining" meaning. Announce yourself before July 4, 2010, to have a chance to be in the Founder's Circle.
- A proper subset of the Founding Members is a Transition Team who will work nearly daily to July 4, 2010, to achieve some progress on forming a birth of a new entity.
- I am in as Founding Member of HGAA. Hope: #5 which recalls poetically "HG family" to me.
- I am in as Transition Team worker for HGAA. June 16, 2010.
- Signed: Joe Faust, a.k.a. joefaust, JoeF, jpf; JpF, Joefaust, Joe. Image signing: JpF.
My HG World
- (Legend for terms: Paraglider is a gliding kite with wing set of any kind of wings, even up to solid wing elements. Single-tether framed hang gliders are mechanically a paraglider. Distinguish string-formed string-controlled soft canopy paragliders from the airframed single-string paragliders where pilot can grab the airframe (usually TCF triangle control frame) for control actions. Non-paraglider hang gliders have no gravity-drawn string to the resistive set of the system; resistive set of a hang glider is mostly the pilot's mass and other things carried like harness, water, parachute, etc.)
-
- founder of Kite Information and Exchange Society of America (KITESA) in early 1960s;
- Otto 0 in Self-Soar Association; SHGA 5; USHPA 5; hang glider test pilot; hang gliding coach;
- cause of folding up Icarus I during flight (it sits in Smithsonian Institute waiting for a benefactor to set things straight again); I did not check the alloy; I did not check the design for its mechanical limitation. I weighed more thant Taras by some 50 lb. Injury could have been much worse.
- founder of Self-Soar Association;
- Owner of Omega Hang Gliders
- founder of USHGliderA;
- co-founder of USHGlidingA morphed to USHPA morphing to USPGA;
- founder of first HGMA; founder of Hang Glider Business Weekly;
- founder of Low & Slow; see first 24 of 36 issues via DVD from USHPA store.
- founder of Hang Glider Magazine and renewing; the domain and name is offered as option to the HGAA, if membership wants the domain and ezine name.
- founder, publiser, typesetter, editor, lithographer, binder, marketer, and mailer of 160 issues of Hang Glider Weekly to 23 nations; Ken de Russy of Hang Glidng Museum, the "Collector Guy" is now with a complete collection and is considering with permission a re-publication of the full set.
- purchased copyright for Seagull III Plan and then sold thousands of copies;
- re-publisher of a classic robust plan for a Chanute 1910 biplane hang glider;
- founder of HangGliderHistory group;
- founder of HangGliderHistory website for Timeline development;
- founder of HGAusa;
- founder of LIFT ezine;
- co-third instigator of the Otto Meet 1971;
- wife Joanne and I both flew separately the first Quicksilver built by Bob Lovejoy;
- flying HG pilot on Koman-Faust cross-bar-less bowsprit wing and shower-scene actor for the 1973 Dial Soap TV commercial;
- assignor of membership #1 to Richard (D i c k) Eipper with his acceptance;
- co-finder of solid historical evidence that the cable-stayed triangle control frame (TCF) with pilot hung from root beam behind the TCF in battened flex-sail hang glider was extant by--at least--1908 and used multiple times by other hang gliders and aircraft before mid-20th-century;
- founder of EnergyKiteSystems that includes hang gliding;
- founder of group AirborneWindEnergy;
- co-founder of Airborne Wind Energy Industry Association (AWEIA);
- co-founder of site AirborneWindEnergy;
- founder of online group highjump for those flying footlaunched with the null wing (my best AGL with the null wing was 7 foot 4.75 inches at the moment when world absolute record was one-quarter inch lower),
- baby at age 17 of USA Olympic Track and Field Team of Rome 1960 after becoming third amateur competitor in contest in world history to fly with null wing over 7 feet AGL at Stanford University US Olympic Trials;
- early HG family: self, wife, son flew;
- Researcher of far too many paraglider accidents of string-formed string-controlled soft-wing paragliders. Reaching for solutions on the matter.
- founder of KitePatents.com,
- an understander that the hang-line tether used in much of hang gliding is a kite line to a kite mooring that is the pilot's body while the pilot often chooses to grab a rigid part of the airframe of the framed kite-sail object to effect alterations in the entire kite system's flight (kite mooring is simply moving through free air);
- fifth in line to join others toward HGAA options and choices in an effort to carve out a focus on the subset of hang gliders that are of the type that has the pilot brace and position his or her mass for control purpooses by manipulation of rigid airframe parts of the aero-lifting assembly;
- believer that one day electric-assisted launch will dominate how hang glider pilot begin gliding sessions directly and also transport to high launches in lieu of using ICE or line tows to effect launch-into-gliding (effort to reduce use of coal and oil in hang gliding);
- believer that HG airframes will frequently one day be double purposing as ultracapacitors while the HG sail provides one of the sources for charging (via solar-energy conversion) such airframe;
- believer that third party insurance for solo recreational hang glider pilot is an unnecessary construct and that a formal officious waiver bridge to property owners would be adequate for the solo hang glider pilot somewhat like what seems adequate for hikers and walkers and jumpers and campers and bicyclists.

- August 1, 2010: Resigned from HGAA and its TT.
- Hang gliding that uses tendons or/and hang line(s) (tethers; kite lines) with moving-falling-resistive system: pilot mass) is a kite system that frequently converts wind's kinetic energy to useful purpose. Thus, a large sector of hang gliding is a sector of "Kite Energy" and energy kite systems. So, an interplay to good effect occurs in the research and development in kite energy. http://KiteEnergy.wikispaces.com was formed for more wiki space. Hang gliding pages are welcome.
- Hang glider development has a strong interface with kite patents. So, an open discussion on each kite patent ...forming threads of text is available at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/kitepatents/
- 2010 A severe whiplash without being able to discern whether it occurred in a HG landing or a PG gusting-ground-kiting incident or a combination of both; I am just not sure of which one contributed to the damage in neck muscles, tendons, and skull insertion of a tendon; mending is occurring and more physical prep is occurring; main gain: be very warmed up physically before messing around with wings.
- Update: Sept 2011: I did not lose permanently proper timing of the head movement; the mid-tendon tear knot has gotten pretty small; about 95% of recovery seems to be back; skipping, and short run spurts are fine; must warm up neck to start the day; I will be able to return to more aggressive field activity with my gliders and kites; I will be hanging from my pecan tree training my ears, tossing chute, relaxing, blinding, visualization, etc. FLG harness materials are in garage. High-hat street splatting on near streets will soon occur. In careful reflection, my bet is that my gust hand-hold of the PG was the vector for the whiplash when fully cold at the field too focused on wanting to deliberately capture a known stadium lee gust at CSULA with my PG wing.
Pilot ratings
- Self-soar rating under Self-Soar Association: Hang Glider Pilot HGP or IA :: Intrepid Aeronaut.
- Via Bill Bennett, pilot, designer, manufacturer: Just adequate to test fly some of Bennett's new hang gliders.
- Via Richard Miller, HG guru, designer, sailplane pilot, HG pilot, instructor: Just adequate to test fly the Miller-Carmichael aluminum-framed flexible wing hang glider.

- Via designer/manufacturer/pilot/inventor Eddie Paul: Adequate to test fly his Porta-Wing cable-leading edge hang glider
- Via designer/builder/pilot Frank Colver: Adequate to test fly his Colver Sailwing barely on bunny slope.
- Via Waldo Waterman: Adequate to fly a replica Waterman Flyer tailed biplane hang glider built by Mike Riggs and Bob Keller under guidance of Waldo.
- Via commercial United Airlines pilot Captain Stahl: Adequate to instruct him in hang glider flying.
Instructed in the field with craft many early pilots in the rudiments of hang gliding. Studied hang gliding matters since 1963. Studied deeply null-wing jumping-flying since 1954.
- Via Joe Greblo (JoeG) in 2009: "JoeF, I want to see you go through our flight training system at Dockweiler." Then interpreting: Else, no Hang 1 within the corporate USHPA rating system; and else, no local-club blessing to land at Sylmar HGA LZ. For such: I concur with JoeG, whom I hold in the highest esteem in Hang Gliding Olympus. My year-2009 18 flights at Dockweiler: instructor observing and commenting: Fly America! Greg DeWolf, wants to see me run further down the slope before lifting off.
- Continued with 89 flights in 2010 using four distinct wings. Age 67-68 summer.
Limits: Five years ago I set goal to live without using cars while I design, build, and fly framed hang gliders that are easily pilot-carriable and short packed for safe carry-on into city street buses. At every turn, there is temptation to return to having a car, but I continue with my goal. I do want to honor and respect controlled hang gliding club sites and commercial flight parks which ends up in not flying at such places; though I visit and fellowship at such launches and LZs. Sylmar and Crestline LZs are off-limits for flying for me as my rating as Hang Glider Pilot is not adequate for the structure that is in place at those sites.
- So, what has been happening in my spirit are a few other directions: I am investing toward an airframe that doubles as ultracapacitor to drive electric motor launch propeller; aim is to foot-launch from home and fly to various places in the world; the sail would be solar energy converter for charging the airframe. Forage. HG tenting. Flike the world. Satellite-Internet-publish on kiting in all of its dimensions. Top land. Rest. Unpowered footlaunch again and again. My minimalist program does not have willing-yet funds for more ratings, club dues, membership dues, launch fees, landing rights fees, national corporation membership renewal fees, car fees. I barely have time and funds enough to experiment, build, test fly, obtain food for fliking. Additionally, using kite systems to launch into hang gliding pulls my time and treasures; several methods are being explored.
- 2011 update: Special interest flows include: eHG, FLG, exploring solutions to rid HG of Whacks! at landings and shallow takeoffs, string-controlled limp-canopy gliding history, PDMC, continuation of the founded groups HangGliderHistory, PGpatents, KitePatents, KiteLines,KiteLinks, KiteTypes, KiteApplications, UltracapAirFrameForHG, ZeroTheHero, AirborneWindEnergy, highjump, WorldParaglidingAssociation, WorldHangGlidingAssociation, clarifying the sectors of CometClones.com while inviting scientific studies over what is in focus in that web site, reaching for knotless safety links for tow launching of hang gliders, and completing tooling for a full-on craft shop for the making of city-busable pilot-carriable packed hang gliders. A firm renewal of physical training for street-incline downslope launching and landing of hang glider whack-free using canard sled and ski combined with non-rebound limit lines and main kite tether in the hang glider. For the kite energy realm, I am converting my paragliders to workers with eye to compete with tipping-boom methods for ARPA-E AWE contest being arranged by the AWE community in concert with ARPA-E. Invitations have been being spread for all comers to advance the glossary: http://www.energykitesystems.net/0/KITESA/FAQelectric/glossary/a.html
- I applaud the competition pilot sphere and have deeply founded and supported the first seven hang gliding meets of the modern era where fun flying occurred; and the advancing sport competition space is appreciated for its many assets. Yet such space is a family member of many niche hang glider activities.
- I fly and operate aircraft within my mastered skills which keeps me in very conservative airs; I listen and learn at every effort. Renewed practice on fundamentals is a joy, as each effort always has special new gifts available.
Some favorite craft and flying dreams and goals
- Easy busable hang glider small-volume pack.
- Make a master map of urban flight spots in Los Angeles City reachable by bus using my monthly bus pass. Fly once in each spot; record such with video; announce to neighborhood of such achievement.
- Master true-flat flatland long gliding. Run, glide, touchdown; how far? Make this very safe and fun. GEG http://www.hanggliding.org/wiki/Ground-effect_gliding
- Bicycle where all parts of the bicycle are key parts in the morphed hang glider used at trip end.
- Good tenting via parts of a hang glider.
- Explore the mechanicals of "high hats" over main hang glider wing.
- XOHG Cross-ocean hang gliding including sleeping-raft morphing, self-kiting launching, solar-energy sails for HG, frame doubling as untracapacitors. Launch and then glide; sometimes dynamically couple with hydrofoil. Grow vegetables along the way. Fish along the way. Internet.
- Ground-effect gliding GEG
- Special interest in inflatable elements of hang gliders. I have been for 20 years exploring what I found and dubbed "cavexity" for volume and pressure adjustments. Adding tensairity and hopes from advanced laminate films and some exciting things are to happen.
- High interest in getting robust realtime inspectability of flying lines. Exploring alternative flying line patterns. Visual appearance does not satisfy me. Hours of use and exposure do not satisfy me.
- Inroads to HG design from progress in nanotech draws my attention.
- Visualization of oncoming launch winds and landing zone windfield helicities hold a strong corner of my attention.
- The Roller-When-Wanted idea keeps coming to the front.
- In-flight pilot powering of positive inflating pump keeps tickling me.
- Aerogel-and-beyond to smart nanomatrix very-low-density solid-wing hang gliders swim past my view frequently.
- Morphable hang gliders grab my sparks.
- Free-flying coupled manned two-kite dynamica soaring systems for travel and for kite-energy warm my heart. This was sparked from my 1970c reading of the 1967 Richard Miller Without Visible Means of Support; recently I am in committee with four others on bringing the same into practical cleantech kite energy.
- Self-kiting launching of morphable hang glider with leaving no gear on ground for hopping around the world stays in my note activity.
- The non-empty intersection of large ground-moored kite systems with hang gliders is an exciting development space. HG flight park in the sky! Sleep in the sky. Spend a week in the sky. Footlaunch from aloft platforms, And more.
- Robotic landing of separated hang glder while skydiving from one's own hang glider.

- Seeing windfield helicities
Pet hobby for next 10 years or so, is to gather all the ways that one might "see" windfield helicities (WFH) upwind for launch, flying, and landing purposes. Your socks and flags, yes. Seeds, dust, upfield flags, microchip-reporting flying helpers, helper birds, pilot reports, affordable SODAR, affordable LIDAR, traffic readers, scheduled readable micro floaters released by trigger, etc. … Feed all data into expert program in real time wirelessly. Goggles shows graphic.
How far will we get in "seeing" the present windfield helicities close and where we will be? Avoiding the falls near launch that Jonathan reports. See the edges of thermals and get turbulence ratings before entering the turbulence. Getting price down is ever part of the project. WindPower site assessment methods are over my budget; how to get robust visibility at hobby-sport peasant prices? PGs in PDMC may be interested highly in advancing WFH visualization (WFV).
- Doing my part in getting orgs to focus on airframed hang gliding while leaving string-controlled limp-canopy kite gliders to be in orgs as wished. Get the "H" out of USHPA (Paragliding) and let the remaining perhaps go to USPG or USPGA or USPA (paragliding) and perhaps join USPA (parachute-skydive). Have the limp-canopy string-control governable canopies focus on their special needs. Have airframed hang gliding focus on their special needs. It will take decades for the things to sort out. In flying light-lightly loaded limp canopies, there is a robust PDMC that will be challenging the string-controlled limp canopy kite gliders (contemporary pop term is trying to grab the term "paragliding" whereas that term historically was first a mix of airframed and string-controlled gliders). An airframed-controlled city-busable HG of good fun recreational performance will play to make these changes more acceptable, as such will be super-charging participation in airframed self-soaring which is thought by many to be the key to obtaining third-party insurance for membership collections. Advanced eHG format of that city-busable HG will one day explosively expand airframed hang gliding; ultracap-airframe combined with solar-muscle-wind recharge for eHG will open self-soaring to world flike activity; humans will have become a flying species.
- ...
HG accidents, injuries, guards
- A ski accident has my right rotator cuff area requiring of me to keep daily pulling stretches, so that a tissue stays unattached from something; when I neglect the stretch and pull attention, then it takes a few days to loosen that tissue. If neglected, then at a pulling in from above or in front of me, a catchy pain occurs. When cared for, then I am normal on this point.
- The folding of the Icarus I had me contact my tail area hard onto the hard sandstone--fortunatly no odd boulder projection; one disc attained some injury that I later was exacerbated by lifting printing equipment and stalled cars; management has been very successful; the same disc is suspected to be that which was injured in 1960 in a high jump takeoff strain resulting from excessive jumping during excessive tiredness just three days after making spot for the Olympic team in 1960. This injury only very slightly reduces top form in running. Full management and awareness gives full success and readiness for launching and landing of hang gliders.
- Computering, webmastering, absence of enough intensity for physical action has me in June 2010 weaker than wanted. Only choices slow getting into the shape I require for more flying. Designing and building have a high room in my hang glider interest. I am on a build stepping for a bamboo-based 1960 Tony Prentice hybrid framed short-string-only-control hang glider described in LIFT ezine by Tony. And on a slow-build stepping for a tetrahedron-cage high-hat hang glider to be flight worthy for no more than Dockweiler. And on a slow-build for a busable tensairity-based hang glider.
- Body mass challenge: Fitness and balance seem to arrive at 181 lb. The 210 lb to 200 lb realm arrives from various imbalanced choices. This index seems to be a measure of motivation and focus. I want to fly at 180 lb and that has been tough to reach, as Internet publishing came into the picture. I get high finding and sharing new hang glider news and ideas, kiting notes, and kite energy ideas and news; research and designing seem to win over what I know would be healthier in the field; such competes for the net time available for my hang glider world.
- Year 2010. Stubbed toe on exposed tree root jogging; this affected HG training via asymmetrical coordinations; this played a part in shoe choice for HG; played a part in hamstring pull during HG session. Then a flatfield high-wind gust-seeking session with PG; I've studied the lee stadium helicity patterns before; was cold and not warmed for the session; caught intended gust, but obtained whiplash that lasted for a about 11 months. (Sept. 14, 2011, note); my firstaid was exactly wrong as I worked the neck; right care would have been cold and immobilization; the bad care made things worse and the loss of correct nerve control indicated nerve damage; ripped mid tendon and the insertion to right back skull. Must warm each morning; training indicates that things will be OK for continuing HG flying; not just from this, but for other reasons, I am interested in HG neck braces that stay the head during rough landings; early aviation patents show interest in the same matter.
- Year 2011. Fall from high concrete fence: 8 ft. Pulling nail from garage fix; failed to have harness; nail came out fast resulted in off-balance:: no choice but to fall from fence to neighbors yard; there was an instant to get a push off to avoid falling on steel uprights; got to flat hardpan ground with dominant left leg; jammed left leg and strained some hip ligaments; strained right mid-back something that felt like a rip: 4 month recovery to about 90% good.

- Fought for the world rights of SeedWings trademark belonging only to Bob Trampenau in our industry.
- Fought a long two-year research project regarding some foundations to hang gliders resulting in many clarifications for hang glder history, including solid clarity that the triangle control frame cable-stayed with HG pilot hung tethered behind the TCF was in fact used and photographed at least by 1908 and then some following before mid-20th century. Indeed, the published Beeson patent filed in 1887 and subsequently approved and published, had just about all that was needed for the mechanical fundamentals of later hang glider constructions. Such broad instructions and facts clarified for me that statements on FAI diplomas easily embody some core historical errors in rushes to apply honors; it is possible to retain respect for mechanical invention while honoring individual activities.
- Summer, 2008: Two sad visits to Sylmar LZ: Jeff Craig, Richard Seymour. Several joyous visits to Sylmar. One truck-up-to-Kagel launch; drove truck back down. Met Megan from east training and others. Driver for one PG pilot and his tandem student; obtained some PG ground-school at the visit.

- June 12, 2010: Sylmar, CA: Met in person BobK, and Mike Meier,
- June 13, 2010, Sunday, Dockweiler: Greg had his hands full. Grey. Stiff breeze. I shook hands, but did not further load his time; instead after observing four students' efforts at hang gliding in detail (one was "Eugene" on Falcon 3 that he had assembled) I went to north beach area and flew two-line 3 m parafoil kite; what a smooth wind! The cafe has some stiff prices; BYOF. Restroom. Cold-water shower. Cannot fly kites over shields, because of nearness to LAX. The flight park has a 60 ft AGL rule. Flyback into car traffic, bike path is a challenge for any aviation activity there. The Green Line to Aviation Station to Beach Cities 109 to downtown El Segundo to walk to flight park is a good route; store stops and good all-day breakfast cafe is available after the bus exit in the quiet little town. Collapsed HG could be carried, if small enough pack...from home to Dockweiler. One man on bicycle stopped me and asked question about getting discount for a group of visiting family; I told him about calling in to ask Windsports about the question, and how neat of him to gift his family with their first flights!
- June 16. 2010: Joined Transition Team for founding HGAA http://HGAA.org Site redirects to a longer-phrased domain; SG is doing a terrific job!

- L.A. Lakers won championship.
- June 20, 2010: Urban HG-base-launch wind exploration on windward side of church in Alhambra using toy long-tether kite. Proposal: LZ would be the schoolyard with students guardedly to the side. Hoist HG to roof. Set up ramp launch. Fly off the church when conditions are serving. Students study aerodynamics, mathematics, physics, aviation, history, etc. Lost the testing aircraft in windshadow of tree near roof edge; the tree is full of leaves (little kites) and has one more! Like lighting a candle; my test kite is among the leaf kites reminding me of urban HG base launches to serve education. Ramp roof short flights in no wind could be made at schools around the world. Careful planning is advised.

- Put up on table a world waiver proposal for hang gliding; see US Hawks forum for copy and ongoing work on that matter.
- Continued a participation in ParaglidingForum (registerd in 2007); on average I am earning neg karma; my posts are too long for most participants in one thread; and I seem judged not cool there; simple description of what a particular site is (not the thousands of subtopics that could be branched) seems very challenging; I am adjusting to the surprised system of karma and ignore and stream of off-topic interruptions; it is an interesting space begging for workarounds. After a week I have slowed some on the posting, making my posts shorter, chunking. Seems many there are disturbed by my habit of being polite to even detractors. Want to participate in that thread that has a challenge simply to describe what a particular web site is? What is this site?
- After four special topic threads in PGF, got banned. Some report at OZ Report on the matter. See the topics in the forum: Start and stop flight above 1000 m, What is this site?, Giuseppe sector, Exactly one-string paraglider. Moderators did not like my support of PDMC study, defining paraglider as a gliding kite, thinking differently than "normal paragliders," being polite, answering honestly (they had a habit of calling my answers dishonest and two-faced, yet I stayed true to self with one face), etc. Enjoy the matter.
- Captured in memory my early synergy meditations, which see at LIFT, Dec. 2011 Rapid line climbing!
- Safe Splat (tm) project continues and will materialize in early 2012.

My Flight Log is not complete yet, under construction
- 1954-to-present null-wing flights, over 10,000. For about 6 seconds the bar stayed up and witnessed by many in a third similar competition iwithin 24 hours at Mt. SAC Relays, one flight was over a square cross-sectioned wood bar set at 7 feet 4 and 3/4 inches AGL; at that momemt, the official world record was less than that. The launch was with longer and faster approach than normally used; my adrenaline naturally had been pumped; future wife was being crowned queen in the same stadium at the session. This was a peak experience of jumping-flying-gliding with self-soar body wing; I still see and feel that moment today; it carries me often through challenging HG matters. 1962, two years after back injury in a pre-Olympic meet. Fourth man never knocked me off the team and I went all the way through the finals at the Rome Olympics; I was the age baby of the men's Track & Field USA Olympic Team. This all was foundation for a life in kiting and kite gliding.

- Base flights from building in Santa Monica
- Malaga Cove, Pacific Palisades cliff launch for beach bluff soaring. New site. First traffic experience. Pilot error on planning reach to sand; choice of water-waves or large boulders. Broke left radius. Pat Conniry landed, called medic; air-splint ambulance ride to doctor who casted; only luckily my self-bone reduction did not do damage and was a correct reduction, but not the thing to do, Dr. said.
- Trabuco Canyon meet flights
- Icarus I at Torrance Beach slope. Tail-less biplane. Wing folded during flight at center upon slight launching-dive pull up. Injury. Wing sits in backroom of Smithsonian Institute awaiting repair for possible display. Great design by Taras Kiceniuk,Jr. He then built and flew legendary Icarus II with stronger alloy.

- July 2010, had about 12 play runs at Torrey with BobK's Falcon 3 195. Running and arm-kitng the wing with the special horizon was a gift. Thanks, BobK. The retrieve task of Willy Armstrong's wing from Black's Beach strained both thighs for a week. Sunscreen would have saved my face. Great day with many pilots. Got familiar with the TP scene.
- Summer 2010 summary: 83 HG flights; 6 PG sessions. Four were in Attack Falcon 170 belonging to Linda, undersized for me optimally. See injury notes on ripped neck in whiplash. Need to relax more.
- Next flights will be in a homebuilt wings carried on city bus to flight sites.
