| It turned way too late, but at least I got a bunch of the rototilling done for the veggie garden, and cleaned up a bunch of the stuff that preys on the wife's peace of mind. That, in turn, preys on my flying peace of mind. Supposed to be flyable today, when I'm supposed to be back at work, on a short-handed week, so I can't "sick up". Hopeful for next weekend? |

| I feel for ya, bro, I had a similar situation. I picked up my glider on a Friday afternoon after having been on the training hills. Came back the next day, things were blown out, came back a few weeks later, blown out again, came back a few more weeks later, and finally got a mountain launch on my new glider. |

| JJ HAPPY NEW YEAR!!
Iam one of your readers, I read all your posts,
they are well formated and a joy to read, thanks
for much anticipated reading.
I am from the Montreal area ,novice HG but have a background in flying ,private pilot,2 summers of soaring at Warren county airfeild, and incurable r/c slopehead , traveled Vermont a lot before children. I admire your determination as I am aware of how difficult it is in the north east.
My last 2 years have been disasterous for HG progress
IT IS CALLED TEENS AND PERSONAL HEALTH PROBLEMS.
But I hope to run in to you in the future as I plan to invest money and time to the sport, once I start up again. CHEERS AND GOOD LUCK MANNY |

| Welcome, Alison! I'm in New England. Lookout is one of the places I'm likely to make a road trip to at some point in the not too distant future. |
