really look at things noman and i really tend to rock the boat from time to time. thats no reason to kick him from the fourm.
i do it for a good laugh to see you guy get you panties in a twist.
i beleive noman does it for the same reason.

There are rules here, everywhere for that matter.
We all know there are consequences for breaking them.
This is simple; remind them of their "options"..... And they make the choice.
If they do not want to be here, that will be "their" choice.
It’s not on SG to decide, rather then...... Noman to make the choice.

SG, here is what I found being a policeman in a small town.
You need to find the balance.
If you are too hard on the town (effectively your forum is a small town) you only get more problems.
If you are too easy, people walk all over you and again you only get more problems.
The trick is to be firm enough so they take notice of you but lenient enough to let some things slide by.
Good luck mate. My take on the way things have gone the last month or so is you may be leaning a tad on the easy side. It is not an easy job, but I think we have enough good people on this board to back up your decisions, which every way you go.

Ahhh to be back in high school with the power of the principal. No wouldn't work for me I didn't have the maturity back then.....I would have put the whole school in detention.

It's the guys like noman that keeps me coming back for more.
Yeah, his sig is in poor taste. So what, it's what's so.
With time he'll change his sig to something new.
I say don't make mountains out of mole hills.
The sig is only offensive to a couple or few folks, and they'll get over it.
Think Andy, not Barney.
The point is he's more good (for this site) than bad.
He hits the mark more often than he misses.
nomans' only sin is being a little juvenile. His punishment should fit his crime, so give him a public ass-chewing and be done with it.
