I have been working on converting a Hardinge CHNC lathe to completely new electronics including two new computers. It is finally making parts. The first part I am making is a newly designed all metal tail pulley for the Atos VR. The complete details of the lathe work can be seen here:

Some day the grizzly 8X12 is getting a brain ,because the only way to make some parts is CNC.

Vince, Very Cool!!! I thought I was really cool getting a drill press for the shop. Wonder if I could talk my wife into a CNC machine
