Yep--it is true---14 classes, 1455 seconds air time and a few dozen ground loops
I have the 30 day USHPA temporary rating card H1 with FL (duh).
The written test was so easy (100%)
The fling test was a bit harder (10 to 15 mph winds ), first time I ever needed a wire man, I feel I earned it and with all my friends here at the HG.org helping I am a safe H1.
Sacramento hang gliding has a vary safe fearless leader George Hamilton that watched me like a hawk for 9 months, thumbsup and there is no end in sight!
I have another teacher that teaches things so easily it is our own HGflyer Rich,
Rich showed me things that made fling easy,If youall ever meed some schooling
talk to Rich,he makes it easy mosh

Still looking for a harness, the gang pointed out it was too big for me and also
might not be so good for a beginner.
So I'm a wing owner without a harness-----Rich showed me that he does not need one Shocked

You *might* be able to adjust the harness to fit. Check my web page (in the Harness part), and see if that helps.
