Knumb Knuts gave me a freebie to indulge in an off topic interest. Well, I wonder, just what the heck do these people I keep typing at look like?

I mean, what if you are all a bunch of space aliens, and I am some poor human slob being goaded into responding to your human thought studies so that you can understand human kind sufficiently to begin your invasion? So, when I make this request to see your photos, and see all of you with your waving green tentacles, I JUST MIGHT SAVE THE PLANET!

My hope, of course, is that you are all actually female supermodels, who have taken on male personas on a whim, and who have maintained the masquerade as a means of escaping from the sexist advances that so frequently assail you. Relax ladies, you are in good hands here.

The temptation will be, of course, to post an absurd photo for the obvious amusement value. Well, I can't stop you, but I view this as an opportunity to strike a blow against the social masking that seems inherent to the web. For me, seeing a mug shot will strengthen the bond of the "Band of Brothers" (and sisters) that this family of hang gliders (or pilots, if you prefer, Mr. Wingspan), represents.

This is waaay cool. For me, it is having just the effect I anticipated, I find I really appreciate the glimpse beyond the veil.

Nibs, are you 15 years old? My God, man, you retain so much of your youth I fear you may have done so feloniously. And you already have that house! I am jealous of your preteen success!

As to the beer, I have even been known to drink Old Milwaukee with complete simian satisfaction. I confess, I am a beer slut, it is aallll good to me.

CurlyQ- I see how hubby is forced to hold your hand up to keep you from grabbin' sumpin'. Nice to see you come by your curlycues as a brunette. When I had hair, it curled. You two look like a great couple!

Xerxes, you look like my best buddy from many moons ago, so seeing your photo is like seeing a familiar friend. Interesting how the brain classifes images with an emotional response.

I like my anonymity, but I do like the idea behind this thread. I'm one of these three
guys. Can you guess which one? The other fellows are pilot buds of mine and
otherwise known as Oded K., and the infamous SKYDOG. This picture was taken
this spring somewhere in the Finger Lakes Region of Central, NY.

(Actually, I am a super model and just dug up this photo off the web. Hey, it looks
believable, no? Of course I could also be an alien from another world, but if so,
why do I care so much about this one? BTW - the second pic is of me
and my alien super model friends. We are enjoying some really fine zilg. I'm
amazed I can even type right now, it was that fine.)

I have to say, I did think you were the nice looking gentleman in the center of the 3 humans, but then I noticed the duck tape, and a parachute holder that looks like it has seen some belly slides. Those clues dissuaded me from my first choice, because Wingspan has seemed fastidious and absolutely not a wheel using belly slider. So now I just don't know, which one are you, Wingspan?
