There was a post I made here about a month + ago, about hopefully flying around Spokane, WA while there on a business trip. Well, I got insanely lucky and the perfect flying conditions showed up the one day I could be there Smile
Many thanks to local awesome pilot Mike!
For some reason the high good quality GoPro original footage got messed up by my editing program...still an OK video. I added a shot of the original footage for reference ;)
Enjoy popcorn

Well that looked like great conditions to get some quality air time up in the clouds. Blue sky, nice Cu's and open landing options. Thanks for an excellent view of the early season flying.

Hey Mike, What is the elevation of the Tekoa Launch? All of our N. Calif. mountain sites are snowed in. Dave C.

3840'
The last of the snow drifts were gone finally about a month ago finally getting some decent weather for a flight.
Everywhere is mud however- expect the airport. Surprised

Mike, That elevation is almost same as some Bay Area mountains. Mt. Diablo and St. Helena are producing some XC flights in the last few weeks. Scot H. Did a 80 miler off of St. Helena last Friday. Keep those videos coming. Enjoy watching. Dave C.
