I think this was shot at the same time and site. Look at the bolder he clears just at liftoff.

Bob, Why do you laugh. I don't know anything about the Stol. Just ran across this video. Seems like a cool light craft that is enclosed and keeps the pilot out of the elements.

interestingly, one of the "normal" stops along the Flytec Rally is in a town in Ga that serves as home of the MAUL factory, The STOL

STOL = short takeoff and landing. I'm laughing cause the pilot is out looking for ways to challenge the airplane and his abilities and having fun doing it. This is how I use to fly my ultralights.
