I'm getting my Hang 4 test soon and need to know where I could find a guide on the topics covered or even sample questions, just so I can be better prepared. Any suggestions?

| Study for your H3 test again and aim for a perfect score. Then study airspace charts until you know what all the colors and symbols mean by heart. Then you can fly the H4 sites, become a tandem pilot or an advanced instructor. The test has very little to do with those activities.

You don't need one. Your ACP rating goes over any USHPA rating ...

Any reason not to just make these study guides public?

Yes, it pertains to someone else. I honestly forget the specifics, but my compromise is to just PM things around.
