The network issue causing the super slow speeds has been resolved.
NOW WERE ON FIRE! 
This machine is craaaazy fast 
CPU usage is under 10%. Its not even trying

Daaaang.... I noticed sometimes it took up to 12 seconds to create a new post.
Post time is now 0.13 seconds 
(extra admin info I can see)

CPU is about 5%
Hard drive utilization is about 2%
Network port saturation is about 2.4%
 I think im good for a loooooong time. This is a finely tuned BEAST of a box/network
