#1 |
Can anyone recommend good camping near Point of the Mountain, in Draper Utah? The closest state park camping is 27 miles away at the Utah Lake. That seems a long ways away.
Also, is there camping in the LZ?
Thanks,
(First week of July if you're wondering) _________________ H3 ('02), F3-195 called "Floyd"

We camped at the South Launch last year. Plenty of open area at launch for camping/tenting. There were restrooms, but that was it. Town and amenities close by. North Launch just around the corner. _________________ H4 (1979) Lake Elsinore. Ca. U2 160 (Sweet) |

Did you guys break camp everyday, or is there a spot to leave everything set up? _________________ H3 ('02), F3-195 called "Floyd"

We were on our way to King so we only stayed one night, but there were others who had been there a couple of days or more. _________________ H4 (1979) Lake Elsinore. Ca. U2 160 (Sweet) |

Camping on the South Side is totally cool... set up your camp behind the parking area, and leave it up as long as you like
Better join the club though... www.uhgpga.org _________________ Ryan Voight
