Yes, I did this design. I actually did around 50 different designs, but my sons liked this one the best. You can't argue style with a 6 and 14 year old.

Chances are there's a "test flying" base tube so yours doesn't get nicked up. We used to do the same when we knew setup or breakdown areas were rocky or muddy....

Anybody know of another HG manufacturer that regularly does this degree of custom sail work and posts progress shots? Maybe there is some French, German, or Italian company that we don't hear about? There's only one Wills Wing - and it rocks.
