Dear All!

Do anybody have the owners manual for the hang glider Laser 14 produced by Firebird?
May by somebody know the technical data for this glider
1. Min and max start weight
2. Reccomended hook-in weight
3. Sail area
4. Assembly diagram
5. Tubes sizes (diameters, inch or metric?)

The short review or pilots opinion would come in very handy

thanks in advance
Alex

Something worth trying is to email the authors of the three comments on this site http://www.delta-club-82.com/bible/177-hang-glider-laser.htm … Jani Moerlands , freddy & Gilles CHOLET who seem to have been owners of the Firebird Laser a few years ago (and may still be) and ask if they can supply the information you want and maybe a scanned copy of the manual for this glider .

You can get their emails by clicking on their names on that site. The last two write in French and you can use Google Translate to communicate fairly well, if you keep it simple http://translate.google.com/?hl=en&tab=TT

Best of luck.

Alex,

"Laser 14" is saying that the sail area is about 14 square meters.

You can measure the true area of a HG sail, using a tiled floor, indoors.

Basic specifications of the Laser 14 are here:

welcome

Mr. Green
