The leading edge is white UVM, and the top surface is titanium dioxide (rare/exotic). It has the 12mm batten upgrade, and carbon leading edge inserts as well. It does have a patch on the left LE, it was professionally repaired by Wills Wing (and looks every bit as professional as you'd expect- it's hard to see even when you're looking for it!) | Description | Xtralite 137. Spare upright and never installed side wires. $500. Got another glider so time to sell my trusty steed. Xtralites are known to be sweet handling gliders, easy to land, and built like a tank. I have had this one for 16 years and treated it very well (but hey it is 16 years old). 260 hours. Lower wires replaced ~ every 100 hours. No rips or tears in the sail, but the leading edge is getting a bit worn in places like all old Moyes gliders. Still flies great. The colours are so early 90's that they are coming back into style again! Included with a spare upright that I got with the glider - I have never needed to replace it! An upright is list ~ $100. Also included are new still-in-the-bag lower side wires that cost me $100. It also has Hall Wheels. A great glider if you are stepping up to a high performance but can't afford the beans for topless, or maybe you want to take it one step at a time. Fly it for a while before you invest the big dollars. Or maybe your glider is stuck in a faraway place and you are iching for some airtime? Could be a cheap second glider to keep locally. | Description | I am now flying for a living and flight instructing and no longer have time to Hang glide so I am selling all of my gear. I have a WW Spectrum 144 Glider (for the smaller pilot), a High Energy Sports Harness (I am 5' 10" 165 lbs), High Energy Sports Quantum Parachute, Brauniger Vario, Icaro 2000 Helmet (size Medium), Allinco Radio, Bar mits, Wheels, XC Bag, and a Explorer Motorized Harness (same as older style Mosquito harness). Everything is in excellent condition and has always been stored indoors, and has never been crashed. Glider is for a smaller pilot, I am 5' 10" 165 lbs so that is the general size you would want to be to fit the harness I have for sale. Explorer harness is in nearly new condition with less than 50 total hours on the motor, it has NEVER been crashed or damaged and will come with the original prop (non-folding) and also a folding prop, harness starts on first try everytime, and is easy to restart in the air should the need arise. The helmet is size medium. Parachute is in excellent condition and has been regularly repacked both on my own and at local parachute clinics. I am willing to sell it as a complete set or individually, call or email me and we can discuss prices and shipping. This is an excellent beginner/intermediate rig with everything you need to fly from the ridge to the flatlands. With both a standard foot launch harness and the motorized harness your options are endless for flying. Our local club has six guys flying the explorer harness and we have had no problems, it is an excellent way to get airborne in the flatlands.
