Instructing Entity Name

If you are an individual instructor, please enter you name
If you are incorporated, please enter your instructing company name
If you are a hang gliding school, please enter the schools name

Website address

Your website address - example: http://www.learntoflyhg.com. Be sure to include the http:// at the front

Email address

This will be used as your username to log in and check on new student leads

State/Province

Please enter the 2 letter code for the STATE or Province which instruction is given in

Password

Please enter a password, IT WILL BE REQUIRED TO RETRIEVE new student leads! 4 characters or more

Register interest

By default, you will receive ALL leads for US states and Canadian Provinces.
Otherwise, enter a comma delimited list of state or province codes you are interested in.
For example, if you want leads sent to you ONLY from students who reside in California, Nevada and Arizona, you would enter: "CA,NV,AZ"
If you are a Canadian instructor, who only wishes to receive leads for Ontario and Quebec, you would enter "ON,QC"
